This policy applies to subscriptions to Apna.live, a service of EPIK TECHNOCRAVERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Every business gets a complimentary preview of its website before paying. You only subscribe once you're happy with it, so there are no surprises after payment.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your admin panel or by emailing hello@apna.live. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your site stays live until the end of the paid month, then is paused and deleted after a 7-day grace period.
If you are charged in error, or the site could not be delivered, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full. Because the service is delivered immediately on payment (your site goes live), we do not otherwise refund a month already in progress — you simply cancel to stop the next renewal.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
